The video policy is created by Silver Cliffs Marketing it is to let the client know that extra length video over two minutes is subject

to extra charge over the amount for a "Single Render" and "Monthly Subscription Renders". During creation process Silver Cliffs Marketing will contact client if such overage occurs and negotiate either a shorter video or the extra fee accessed.

Client still owns the rights to their logos, images, and elements used to create video. Silver Cliffs Marketing does keep the right with client by agreeing to create video project to use videos as examples of work on Silver Cliffs Marketing website and social sites. We do take our clients privacy seriously, if a client does not wish for video creations to be used as examples this can be discussed. Silver Cliffs Marketing has the right to refuse any business that could be construed as illegal.

There are elements inside the video creation that can be changed however there are elements that can not be changed. For example the "live action" videos with people in them can not be changed. These will be discussed with the client on a job to job basis.

Unless otherwise indicated between Silver Cliffs Marketing and client the video renders will be delievered via Google Drive.
